We had an amazing stay at this hotel with an incredible location near the city center and the bus station. Despite being on a busy road, we didn't hear any traffic noise. the room and bathroom were spotless with comfortable beds and a fantastic rain shower. the staff went above and beyond with their hospitality, providing a packed breakfast and even driving us to the local restaurant and train station. the breakfast selection was excellent, including Thai boiled rice and ABF. the hotel also has a beautiful garden and spacious rooms.
The hotel doesn't have an elevator, which may be a challenge for some guests.

The hotel's interior is really modern and clean, which is great when you are on a city break. the room has a lot of windows, which allowed natural light to come in, and the pillows were soft and comfortable. the hotel had a lot of good facilities, including a pool table and a chill-out area in the lobby.
The hotel's location was not very convenient for us, as it was a bit of a walk from the train station and the nearest convenience store. the lack of English among the staff made it a bit difficult to communicate.

The hotel is located in a convenient location. The staff was welcoming and helpful during our stay, and the rooms were clean and cozy. The free service transportation was an additional and appreciated plus.
The area surrounding the hotel was not pleasant and not recommended to stay longer. There wasn't much choice of food in the evening around the hotel, but there was a 7/11 nearby.

The hotel is conveniently located near the local bus station and train station, making it easy to travel around the city. The staff is helpful despite the language barrier, offering a free shuttle service to get a SIM card and a motorbike ride to the train station. The room is spacious and clean, and the bathroom is nice. The breakfast is also worth noting, with a good variety of options to choose from.
Nothing to fault.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a small town between Thailand and Siem Reap, and I must say, it was a pleasant surprise. Despite the town being a bit run down, this hotel really stood out. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even though English wasn't their strong suit. They went the extra mile to communicate and assist me with everything I needed, using Google Translate. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. I particularly enjoyed the nice bathroom. Additionally, the hotel offered a delicious breakfast and even provided a free shuttle service to help me with errands like getting a SIM card and getting to the local train station. It certainly made my stay much more convenient and enjoyable.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was great and I have no complaints.

Although the walk from the station wasn't the most pleasant, it was a short 15-minute walk on a busy road. The hotel itself was lovely and suitable for a one-night stay, especially if you're catching a train back to Bangkok. While there isn't much to do in Aranyaprathet, the location is convenient for transit. The staff were also helpful, providing transportation to local restaurants and the train station in the morning. The room had good lighting with plenty of windows, allowing natural light to brighten the space. The pillows were soft and the WiFi was reliable enough for streaming movies online.
